Privacy Policy
Last updated October 16, 2026
At On Paper Sports LLC, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information our games and applications collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Account information. You need an account to play. It saves your careers to the cloud and enters you in ranked leaderboards. For it, we store your email address, username and a securely hashed password, or your Apple or Google account identifier and the name those services share if you sign in with them.
Newsletter signups. If you sign up for sneak peeks on our website, we store your email address, the page you signed up from and the date.
Email. When we send you game news, we record whether the email was delivered and opened (through a small image in the email), which links in it you tap, and whether you played again in the following week. We use this to see which emails are useful, to email less often people who don't read them, and to stop emailing addresses that bounce or report spam.
Game data you choose to store with us. Cloud saves, custom rosters, ranked leaderboard entries (your username and career results) and a record of the in-app items you have unlocked.
Usage analytics. We use PostHog to learn how the games are played: events such as starting a career, playing a game, finishing a season, visiting the store and the screens you open, along with your device model, operating system, app version and a random identifier for your install. If you are signed in, these events are linked to your account. You can turn this off at any time in Settings > Privacy.
Crash reports. We use Sentry to find and fix bugs. When the app hits an error it sends the error details, where you are in your career, your device model, operating system and app version, and the same random identifier as usage analytics. A bug report you send also includes your last save.
Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and RevenueCat verifies the receipts for us. We receive the item you bought and its price. We never see your payment card details.
Notifications. If you turn on push notifications, we store your device's push token so we can send them.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to run the games' online features (accounts, cloud saves, leaderboards, restoring purchases), to fix crashes and bugs, to understand which features players use so we can improve the games, and to send game news to account holders and newsletter subscribers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not show third-party ads, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Service Providers
We share information only with the providers that run these features for us: PostHog (analytics), Sentry (crash reporting), RevenueCat (purchase verification), SendGrid (email delivery), Apple and Google (sign-in, purchases and notifications) and our hosting provider. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
Keeping and Deleting Your Data
Account data and cloud saves are kept until you delete your account. You can delete it in the app under Settings > Account > Delete Account, which removes your account, cloud saves and leaderboard entries. Records of the emails we sent you, and whether they were opened or clicked, are kept while you have an account or newsletter signup and are deleted with your account. Analytics and crash reports are kept for a limited period by PostHog and Sentry and are then deleted. To ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion, email us at the address below.
Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Choices
You can turn off usage analytics in Settings > Privacy, turn off push notifications in Settings or your device settings, unsubscribe from emails with the link at the bottom of any email (turning off images in your email app also stops open tracking), and delete your account at any time. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may also have the right to access, correct or delete your information; email us to use these rights.
Updates to Our Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
